as evident by it's name the company originates from tijuna mexico and as such it features the local land mark Tijuna arch. originally it was planned to name the product TIJUNA'S TIBICOS to keep in line with the mexican theme and to match contents however the client insisted on retaining the name of kefir due to the popularity and recognition of the kefir over the tibicos.
