WHAT IF NO ONE IS AT HOME ?

All flower and plant orders work under an 'Authority To Leave' system. Our couriers have the authority to leave flowers at, or near, the front door if we deem it safe to do so. If necessary, we will contact the recipient or sender to let them know where we've left their flowers.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY METHOD ?

We use specialist couriers for all our deliveries with experience delivering delicate items like flowers. Each delivery is hand delivered to your recipients door or place of business or left out of public view if it is determined safe and reasonable to do so by the driver.

I HAVE FLOWERS THAT I PERSONALLY GROW IN MY GARDEN CAN YOU PLEASE CREATE A BOUQUET FOR ME?

Certainly ! we are more than happy to create a bouquet using your own flowers just send us a request to our florist through the contacts page.

TIME OF THE DELIVERY?

unfortunately we are unable to schedule the exact time the order will be delivered. Orders can be delivered between 9am - 5pm weekdays. 

MY FLOWERS ARRIVED BUT THEY ARE  DAMAGED CAN I RECEIVE A REFUND?

If the Flowers you ordered are either  damaged or drooped during the delivery process then it will be eligible for refund or a replacement for free.

 IS Buy Now Pay Later SERVICES AVAILABLE?

unfortunately we are unable to Provide any BNPL (BUY NOW PAY LATER) Services at the moment however we are working with our partners to make this feature available in the near future.
